Automatically monitor your nonprofit grant pipeline in Google Sheets, validate and de-duplicate new opportunities, then score each grant against your organization profile—before saving a structured recommendation to your master sheet.

What this workflow does

• Triggers manually or when a new row is added to your Google Sheets Grant Queue.
• Validates required fields on incoming grants (including grant_id, organization_id, foundation_name, program_name, and status).
• Loads your Organization Profile and existing Grant Master records, then checks for duplicates by:
  • grant_id, and
  • organization + foundation + program
• Flags invalid or duplicate queue rows directly in Google Sheets and stops them from being scored.
• Scores non-duplicates using signals from the Organization Profile, including priority programs, geography, exclusions—plus additional signals such as previous funder history, whether new applicants are allowed, rolling deadline handling, and invitation-only restrictions.
• Generates a recommendation summary that includes eligibility and deadline statuses, research completeness, and missing-field indicators for human review.
• Appends the final scored record to the Google Sheets Grant Master sheet and updates the queue row status to Processed.
