Scrape Google Maps leads with Scrapewise and save them to Google Sheets—automatically in n8n
This on-demand n8n workflow searches Google Maps using Scrapewise, then appends each matching local business as a new row in Google Sheets—so you can build lead lists fast without manual copy/paste.
What this workflow does
- Runs when you manually execute it (Manual Trigger).
- Defines your search settings: query, location, country, language, max_results, and an optional quote_only flag to estimate cost without spending credits.
-
Calls Scrapewise’s
find_local_businessestool to retrieve Google Maps data for local businesses that match your criteria. - Normalizes the response into one item per business and unwraps scraped text fields into plain values.
- Appends results to Google Sheets, adding a new row for each business with: name, phone, rating, address, reviews, website, and category.
Use cases
- Lead generation for local services (e.g., plumbers, dentists, law firms) where you need a clean Google Maps dataset in Google Sheets.
- Marketing and sales ops lists: run targeted searches by city/region and export results into a spreadsheet for outreach.
- Cost-controlled scraping: use quote_only to estimate spend before running a full lead pull.
Technical details
-
Scrapewise integration via HTTP Bearer Auth using your Scrapewise API key and the

-

n8n-nodes-langchainmcp client(as used in the workflow stack).
Setup
