Automatically send your Google Search Console Discover insights to Gmail and Telegram—every day

This n8n workflow pulls your Google Search Console Discover “page” performance metrics for a chosen date range, builds a clean HTML “best posts” report, emails it via Gmail, and can also post the same report as an image to Telegram.

What this workflow does

• Runs daily at 7 AM (cron) or via a manual trigger.
• Sets reporting parameters, including lookback days plus minimum clicks and minimum impressions.
• Calculates the start and end dates for the report period.
• Calls the Google Search Console Search Analytics API for Discover performance with dimension: page, fetching up to 25,000 page rows in the selected range.
• Aggregates total clicks/impressions and computes average CTR, then filters pages that meet your thresholds and sorts qualifying pages by clicks.
• Generates a responsive HTML “best posts” report including key metrics and a top-10 table of qualifying pages.
• Sends the HTML report via Gmail (as the email body).
• Optionally renders the HTML into a PNG and posts it to Telegram with a caption showing the period, date range, and headline metrics.

Technical details

• n8n nodes / integrations: set, code, http request (Google Search Console API), gmail, telegram, plus a sticky note.
• Requires Google OAuth2 access to your Search Console property and enabling the Google Search Console API in Google Cloud.
• Update the API request URL to use your verified property (e.g., replace sc-domain:exampale.com with your domain).
• Add a Gmail OAuth2 credential to send the report email.
