This n8n workflow runs a deterministic on-page SEO audit (12 verified checks with a baseline score out of 100), then uses GPT-4o-mini to produce a consultant-grade narrative with rewrites and prioritized quick wins—sent straight to your inbox and appended to a Google Sheets history.

What this workflow does

• Collect a request: Anyone pastes a page URL and their email address into a shareable form.
• Fetch and validate the page: The workflow retrieves the page’s real HTML. If the site is down or blocks the request, the requester receives a polite failure email instead of silence.
• Extract and verify SEO signals: It checks title, meta description, headings (H1s), image alt text, canonical URL, body copy, and also inspects robots.txt for a declared sitemap.
• Run 12 deterministic checks: Plain-code checks produce a pass/warn/fail table and a non-hallucinated baseline score out of 100.
• Generate actionable recommendations with AI: GPT-4o-mini writes the narrative, rewrites the title/meta and reviews headings/content, plus delivers the five highest-impact quick wins on top of the verified numbers.
• Email + history: The report is delivered as a clean HTML email and every delivered audit is appended to Google Sheets for tracking.
