This n8n workflow exports all paid Stripe invoices from the previous month, converts them into a structured CSV report, and emails the CSV through Gmail—fully automated on a monthly schedule (or runnable manually anytime).

What this workflow does

• Schedules monthly: runs on the 1st day of every month at 07:00 (or you can execute it manually).
• Builds the reporting window: calculates the previous month’s start and end timestamps and generates a monthly filename like stripe_YYYY-MM.csv.
• Fetches Stripe invoices: calls the Stripe Invoices API to retrieve all invoices marked paid within that date range, with automatic pagination to handle all results.
• Formats invoice data for reporting: flattens the Stripe response into CSV-ready rows, including invoice, customer, address, VAT/tax, and payment fields, while converting amounts from cents to euros.
• Creates and emails the file: generates the CSV with a header row and sends it via Gmail as an email attachment.
