Every morning, this n8n workflow automatically pulls new Shopify store discoveries from Apify’s “New Shopify stores (Pre-Launch Radar)” and pushes each store record to your webhook as clean JSON—ready for CRM enrichment, data loading, or downstream automation.

What this workflow does

• Runs on a schedule: the workflow triggers daily at 8:00.
• Calls the Apify API: it runs the Apify actor “New Shopify stores (Pre-Launch Radar)” and retrieves up to 100 stores found in the last day.
• Forwards store records to your webhook: for each returned store, the workflow sends an individual HTTP POST request to your chosen webhook URL, using the store payload as the JSON request body.
• Enables downstream processing: your CRM, enrichment table, or third-party tool receives one store per request for easy ingestion.

Technical details

Setup & customization

• Provide your Apify API token.
• Replace the placeholder webhook URL with your destination endpoint that accepts POST + JSON.
• Adjust maxItems, widen the sinceDays window, or change the trigger hour.
• Optionally add a Filter node to keep only specific country/currency/status (e.g., pre-launch vs live).

Store data is sourced from public signals including Certificate Transparency logs, DNS, and store metadata.
