This n8n workflow watches your Google Sheets for new rows, generates a customized PDF using a saved HTML template in PDF.co (including optional logo stamping), downloads the finished file, and sends it to the recipient by Gmail—fully automated and ready for production use.

What this workflow does

• Monitors Google Sheets: Triggers every minute when a new row is added to a selected worksheet.
• Creates a PDF from your template: Sends the row fields to PDF.co to render a personalized PDF from a saved HTML template.
• Stamps your logo onto the PDF: Uses PDF.co logo stamping with configured coordinates to place a logo image onto the generated document.
• Downloads the finalized PDF: Retrieves the completed file from the returned PDF.co URL as a binary attachment.
• Email delivery through Gmail: Sends the PDF as an attachment via Gmail, using the row values (e.g., customer_email) to determine the recipient and compose the email subject/message.

• File download: HTTP Request to download the PDF from the PDF.co result URL
• Email sending: gmail node (attachment delivery to customer_email)

Setup checklist

• Add required header columns in your sheet (e.g., customer_name, customer_email, campaign_title, hero_image, cta_link, cta_text, company_name, and others as needed by your template).
• Create the HTML template in PDF.co, then paste the template ID into the PDF generation step.
• Configure PDF.co logo stamping with a public HTTPS logo URL (or filetoken://) and align stamp coordinates to your layout.
• Connect Gmail credentials and map customer_email to the recipient.
