This n8n workflow helps you cut Return-to-Origin (RTO) risk for Shopify Cash on Delivery (COD) orders by scoring new orders (rules + OpenAI GPT-4o-mini), confirming customers over WATI, dispatching to Shiprocket, and tracking every status in Google Sheets with ops alerts via Telegram.

What this workflow does

• Triggers on multiple inputs: new Shopify orders, incoming WATI/Shiprocket webhook events, ops decisions submitted through an n8n form, and a 15-minute schedule.
• Reads COD tracker from Google Sheets and decides the next action per order: confirm, remind, hold, dispatch, or perform NDR follow-up based on the latest status and timing.
• Scores RTO risk for new orders using:
  • Rule-based RTO risk calculation
  • GPT-4o-mini assessment of address quality and fraud/RTO likelihood
• Updates execution records: writes the blended risk score + risk band back to Google Sheets and updates Shopify order tags (including order cancellation when needed).
• Communicates via WhatsApp using WATI confirmation or reminder templates for low/medium-risk orders.
• Dispatches confirmed orders by creating shipments in Shiprocket**, then saves shipment ID, AWB, courier, and shipment status to Google Sheets.
• Handles delivery outcomes: reacts to Shiprocket tracking updates by sending WATI out-for-delivery and failed-delivery (NDR) messages, optionally triggering Shiprocket NDR actions (e.g., re-attempt/return), and alerts ops in Telegram for high-risk cases, repeated NDRs, or auto-cancellations.
