This Shopify Product Audit n8n workflow uses Claude, Google Sheets, and Slack to audit published Shopify products every Monday, score data accuracy (including JSON-LD vs Shopify), log results to Sheets, and propose description rewrites that update Shopify only after Slack approval.

What this workflow does

• Runs every Monday morning and validates required configuration values (store URL, Google Sheet, and Slack channel).
• Fetches published products from Shopify (up to a configured limit) and checks core catalog fields such as description length, barcodes/GTINs, product type, image alt text, and title.
• Loads each live product page and parses its JSON-LD structured data, flagging issues like missing Product/Offer data or mismatched price/availability compared to Shopify.
• Computes a per-product score (out of 100) and appends a detailed row to a Google Sheets tab for reporting and tracking.
• Posts a Slack summary including average score, most common problems, lowest-scoring products, and a link to the Google Sheet report.
• Uses Anthropic Claude to rewrite only short descriptions, then programmatically rejects any rewrite that adds unsupported numbers, facts, claims, or disallowed HTML.
• Updates Shopify only after approval via Slack Approve/Decline buttons within a configured wait period.
