The Shopify Variant Price & Stock Check to Google Sheets (n8n) workflow automatically turns a known public Shopify snapshot into a variant-level price and availability register. Instead of manually comparing sizes, formats, and SKUs, you get a structured Google Sheets feed that reflects what’s publicly buyable per variant.

What this workflow does

• Pulls a bounded Apify snapshot that supplies products with their variants.
• Waits for the same run and performs coverage checks, then verifies the complete dataset before writing results.
• Upserts one Sheet row per variant using stable keys—previous observations update on repeat runs.
• Leaves unobserved rows intact (so you can check observation dates before making decisions).
• Defines availability as public buyability (not inventory quantity). A blank compare-at price is kept as unknown.
• Stops delivery when source data is incomplete. If results are verified empty, it produces no rows.

• Outputs: Google Sheets OAuth2 for the “Variant Review” tab and an imported sheet with the exact CSV header.
• Data handling: COMPLETE vs CAPPED source windows are respected; incomplete sources prevent delivery.
