This n8n workflow receives Sitelas form submissions through a webhook, upserts the lead into HubSpot, and immediately posts a new-lead notification to Slack via an Incoming Webhook. Perfect if you want faster lead capture, cleaner CRM data, and real-time visibility.

What this workflow does

• Receives a webhook POST when a Sitelas form is forwarded to n8n.
• Extracts and normalizes lead fields from the webhook payload (name, email, phone, message, and form source).
• Upserts the contact in HubSpot using the lead’s email, setting:
  • name
  • phone
  • lifecycle stage to lead
• Sends a Slack message using a Slack Incoming Webhook URL, including the lead details and the form source.

Technical details

• Webhook: accepts incoming Sitelas submissions via n8n Webhook node (use the workflow’s Production URL in Sitelas “Forward to webhook”).
• HubSpot: uses the n8n HubSpot node with a HubSpot Service Key (contacts read/write permissions) to upsert contacts.
• Slack: posts notifications via Slack Incoming Webhook using an HTTP request step.

Setup at a glance

Create a HubSpot Service Key, create a Slack Incoming Webhook, activate the workflow, and paste the n8n Webhook Production URL into your Sitelas form’s “Forward to webhook” setting.
