This n8n workflow adds a Slack AI RAG chatbot to your business. When your team asks questions in Slack—like IT requests, company policies, or vacation day info—the bot retrieves the right answers from your internal knowledge and responds instantly, helping you automate repetitive requests and reduce manual searching.

What this workflow does

• Starts in Slack: the workflow triggers when a user mentions the AI bot in a Slack channel.
• Sends the question to an AI Agent: the message is forwarded to an AI Agent running Anthropic’s Claude 3.7 Sonnet.
• Uses Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG): the agent searches your indexed company knowledge stored in Qdrant (a vector database) to pull relevant information before generating a response.
• Maintains short context: a Simple Memory buffer keeps the last 10 messages to maintain conversation continuity.
• Responds in Slack: the answer is returned to the same Slack workflow context so employees can get help immediately—without waiting for a colleague.
