What This Workflow Does
- Runs daily at a user-defined time to check ClickUp tasks for inactivity.
- Utilizes monitoring settings to fetch tasks from selected ClickUp lists, merging and deduplicating them for streamlined updates.
- Skips tasks already tagged as stale with a second-level stale indicator, such as
stale:14. - Applies the first-level stale tag (
stale:7) to tasks that have not been updated recently, or escalates to a second-level stale tag if they exceed inactivity thresholds. - Updates tasks with an existing first-level stale tag by removing it and applying a second-level tag when additional idle time has passed.
- Escalates critically stale tasks by posting a warning comment directly to ClickUp, notifying the task assignee or creator.
