• If sufficient stock is available, updates the inventory and marks the request as Approved in Airtable.
• If stock is insufficient, creates an exception record indicating Insufficient Stock, with a Pending Review status in the Airtable Exceptions table.
• Returns a JSON response via webhook indicating whether the request was approved or if it's awaiting review due to stock issues.
