The Supabase Gym Renewal & Inactivity WhatsApp Alerts (n8n) workflow runs daily to check membership expiry and check-in activity in Supabase, then sends targeted WhatsApp messages for renewal reminders, trainer inactivity alerts, and check-in streak milestone celebrations.

What this workflow does

• Runs on a daily schedule to keep communication timely and consistent.
• Loads configuration values such as gym name, Supabase table name, WhatsApp phone number ID, renewal reminder window, and inactivity threshold.
• Pulls all member records from Supabase and calculates:
  • Days until membership_expiry
  • Days since last_checkin_date
  • Whether a new streak milestone has been reached
• Sends WhatsApp renewal reminders to members whose memberships expire within the configured renewal window.
• Alerts the trainer on inactivity when a member has been inactive longer than the configured threshold.
• Celebrates check-in streak milestones by sending a WhatsApp message to members who hit a new milestone, and then updates the member record in Supabase using last_milestone_notified to prevent repeat notifications.
