This n8n workflow runs every day at 9 AM to review supplier KPIs from Google Sheets, scan Google News RSS headlines, screen suppliers via OpenSanctions, check USD exchange rates, and use Groq LLM to generate risk scores, summaries, and mitigation actions—then alert Slack and email stakeholders.

What this workflow does

• Daily supplier scan (9 AM): Reads your supplier master list (including KPI fields like delay/rejection indicators) from Google Sheets.
• Collect external signals: For each supplier, pulls relevant data from Google News RSS, OpenSanctions results, and a USD exchange-rate feed.
• Build a single “dossier”: Extracts top RSS headlines from the RSS XML and compiles KPIs + external signals into one combined input.
• Groq LLM risk analysis: Generates a sentiment risk score, narrative summary, suggested mitigation actions, and an early-warning level.
• Composite risk scoring & categorization: Calculates a weighted composite risk score using the LLM output plus delay and rejection KPIs, then assigns High / Medium / Low risk.
• High risk response: Groq drafts an urgent mitigation strategy, then sends a Slack alert and a detailed Gmail alert to procurement.
• Medium risk response: Sends a Gmail watchlist notification and logs outcomes to a Google Sheets audit tab, followed by an executive daily briefing email.
