This manual n8n workflow fetches product details from a published Fous operation and syncs them into Google Sheets, using each product URL as the unique key to append new rows or update existing ones.

What this workflow does

• Manual execution: Run the workflow whenever you want to refresh product data.
• Loads template settings: Uses your configured Fous API handle, operation name/version, output field mappings (including JSON pointers), and your target Google Sheets spreadsheet + tab.
• Validates configuration: Confirms required settings and that JSON pointer mappings are present and correctly formatted.
• Calls the Fous Query API: Requests the operation output using an idempotency key to keep results consistent.
• Normalizes products into rows: Extracts the products array, writes checked_at and the fous_request_id, and rejects missing or duplicate product URLs.
• Appends or updates Google Sheets: Matches on product_url and writes: name, published_price, availability, checked_at, and fous_request_id.
