This n8n workflow syncs warehouse stock from XML files into GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) products using SFTP, a Google Drive test download, and a real-time webhook. It creates or updates product records and stock quantities via the LeadConnector API—so your storefront and lead capture stay accurate.

What this workflow does

• Scheduled SFTP stock sync: Lists XML files on an SFTP server, selects the most recent matching stock file, parses STOCK_BALANCE entries, and posts SKU stock counts to the LeadConnector stock-update endpoint.
• Manual Google Drive test run: Downloads a stock XML file from Google Drive, parses STOCK_BALANCE, then searches the configured LeadConnector custom object product records to decide whether to update or create products.
• Webhook-based real-time updates: Accepts an HTTP POST webhook containing stock XML, extracts STOCK_BALANCE entries, optionally limits batch size, and processes items in batches.
• Upsert logic: For each SKU from the XML, the workflow searches for a matching product in GoHighLevel; if found, it updates the existing record’s stock-related fields, otherwise it creates a new product record with SKU and descriptive fields.
