Get your previous week’s Odoo sales performance summarized and shared in one place: a Google Sheets KPI tracker, a “Top Products” leaderboard, and a formatted Slack weekly update—triggered every Monday at 7:00 AM by an n8n workflow.

What this workflow does

• Runs on schedule: Automatically executes every Monday at 7:00 AM and computes the previous week’s Monday–Sunday date window and label.
• Pulls sales KPIs from Odoo: Retrieves sales orders from Odoo, then aggregates order count and total sales value.
• Calculates invoice performance: Pulls invoices from Odoo and computes total invoiced, paid (invoiced minus residual), and outstanding amounts.
• Ranks top products: Retrieves sale order lines and ranks the top five products by revenue for the week.
• Writes to Google Sheets:
  • Appends one KPI summary row to the “KPI Tracker” tab.
  • Appends weekly top-product rows to the “Top Products” tab.
• Posts to Slack: Sends a formatted weekly KPI summary to your chosen Slack channel.
• Error routing: Routes any step failures (Odoo, Google Sheets, or Slack) to a configurable alert placeholder.
