Guests message your Telegram bot to ask about the menu, request a time slot, confirm a reservation, or cancel—while your team gets instant updates and the full chat history is recorded in Airtable.

What this workflow does

• Starts with a Telegram message whenever a guest sends text to your bot.
• Understands the request using a DeepSeek-powered AI agent with chat memory to interpret intent, ask for missing booking details, and choose the right action.
• Answers menu questions from Airtable by searching the Menu table and replying only with items returned by Airtable.
• Creates new bookings via Google Calendar: checks free/busy for the requested 90-minute slot, creates a Google Calendar event when available, then saves the confirmed booking to Airtable and notifies staff via Telegram.
• Handles cancellations: finds the matching booking in Airtable, deletes the related Google Calendar event, updates the booking status to Cancelled, and notifies staff via Telegram.
• Escalates out-of-scope requests by creating a gotoHuman review request (if configured), so a staff member can follow up.
• Logs every interaction: stores the guest message and the AI agent response in an Airtable Call Log table and returns the reply to the guest in Telegram.
