This n8n workflow turns a student’s Telegram message into a structured exam study plan using Google Gemini, stores it in Google Sheets, and then replies with today’s actionable tasks on Telegram—so learners always know exactly what to do next.

What this workflow does

• Receives a Telegram message where the student describes their exam and study constraints.
• Uses Google Gemini to extract and normalize key exam details: subject, exam date, chapters, and hours per day, plus calculates daily hours and remaining days.
• If required information is missing—or if the exam date is today or in the past—it sends a Telegram reply requesting corrected or missing details.
• When details are valid, it reads existing study plans from Google Sheets to preserve the student’s prior context.
• Gemini then generates a detailed JSON study plan: block-based tasks for the first 7 days and a roadmap for the remaining days.
• The workflow appends the plan to the Google Sheets “Study Plans” tab and sends a formatted “today’s plan” message to the student via Telegram.
• Every completed action is recorded in the Google Sheets “Activity Log” tab.
