This n8n workflow turns Telegram into a healthcare lead-capture chatbot. It uses Google Gemini to collect care requirements and contact details, detects emergencies for owner escalation, and saves qualified, non-duplicate leads into Google Sheets while notifying you in Telegram.

What this workflow does

• Receives new inquiries: Triggers when a new Telegram message arrives.
• Guides the user with Gemini: Uses a Google Gemini chat model with conversation memory to ask structured questions for service, city, condition, urgency, and then name + phone—or identifies when the user is in an emergency.
• Extracts structured output: Parses the assistant response to obtain a validated LEAD_CAPTURED JSON payload and an optional ESCALATE:true flag.
• Responds in Telegram: Sends the formatted, safe reply back to the user.
• Escalates emergencies: If escalation is detected, sends an emergency alert to the owner via Telegram including the user’s message, the bot reply, and any captured details.
• Saves qualified leads: For valid leads, checks Google Sheets for an existing row with the same phone number to prevent duplicates.
• Appends and notifies: If not a duplicate, appends the lead to Google Sheets and notifies the owner in Telegram with the lead details.
