What this workflow does

• Telegram trigger: Runs when a Telegram bot receives a new message containing a downloaded image.
• Validation + extraction: Confirms a photo is attached, then extracts the product code from the caption and reads image metadata from the Telegram message.
• Standards lookup: Searches Google Sheets for the product’s reference standard and tolerance notes using the product code.
• Gemini inspection + JSON parsing: Sends the image and reference standard to Google Gemini 2.5 Flash, parses the response into normalized JSON (PASS/FAIL, defect details, confidence, recommended action).
• Logging: Appends every inspection result to the Google Sheets Inspection_Log tab.
• Fail handling: If the verdict is FAIL, logs the item to Rejected_Items, sends a Telegram failure alert, and emails a detailed report to the supervisor via Gmail.
• Pass handling: If PASS, sends a Telegram confirmation back to the originating chat.
• Visibility for issues: Posts Slack alerts for workflow-level errors and for Google Gemini analysis errors so failed inspections are immediately visible.
