This n8n workflow powers a Telegram Restaurant Concierge Bot that answers menu questions, accepts text or voice orders via an OpenAI agent, logs confirmed orders into Google Sheets, requests reviews automatically, and sends a daily marketing broadcast to active clients.

What this workflow does

• Starts on Telegram chat: When a customer messages your bot, the workflow triggers and begins the concierge conversation.
• Saves restaurant and client context: It stores restaurant settings (including restaurant name, menu/review links, upsell rule, and the OpenAI model) and logs the sender in a Google Sheets Clients tab.
• Routes text or voice: Incoming messages are handled as text or voice notes. If the message is voice, the workflow transcribes the voice note with OpenAI before continuing.
• Generates the order with an OpenAI agent: The workflow sends the customer message plus chat context to an OpenAI-powered agent that uses Google Sheets tools to find menu items and prices, proposes exactly one upsell, and records the finalized order in the Google Sheets Orders tab.
• Responds in Telegram: The bot replies with the agent’s order confirmation, or it returns an “unsupported message type” notice if the input isn’t text or voice.
• Requests a review after a delay: After a configured wait, it sends a Telegram review request containing your review link.
• Sends daily marketing: On a schedule, it reads the Marketing tab for the day’s campaign, sends it to active (non-unsubscribed) clients via Telegram, and marks the campaign row as done.
