From quick cover assignment to AI-written bilingual circulars (English + Hindi) approved in Telegram and emailed to parents—everything is tracked in Google Sheets.

What this workflow does

• Receives requests either when a Telegram message arrives or daily at 8:00 AM via an n8n schedule.
• Identifies the sender by looking up the Telegram chat ID in Google Sheets (Users and Teachers). If unknown, it sends a registration message.
• Uses DeepSeek to extract the request intent and key details from Telegram (absence vs. announcement), then routes the workflow accordingly.
• Absence handling: reads the Timetable and existing Substitutions from Google Sheets, ranks available teachers, and sends Telegram approval prompts to top candidates per period; escalates to the principal when no one accepts.
• Logs coverage outcomes in the Substitutions sheet and sends a consolidated cover-plan summary to both requester and principal in Telegram.
• Announcement handling (Principal/Admin only): DeepSeek drafts English and Hindi circulars, requests Telegram approval, then emails matching parents via Gmail using addresses from the Students sheet and logs sends to the Circulars sheet.
• Daily 8 AM briefing: provides the principal a summary of attendance, fees, and substitutions from Google Sheets.
