Turn every new Telegram message into a neatly organized entry—automatically. This n8n workflow watches your Telegram chat, classifies incoming content (text, images, documents), and then stores it in Notion and Google Drive, while logging document metadata in Google Sheets—without manual copy/paste.

What this workflow does

• Triggers on new Telegram messages using the Telegram Trigger node.
• Classifies message type via a Switch node:
  • Text messages are appended to a specified Notion block.
  • Images are converted to base64, uploaded to imgbb, then added to Notion as toggle-image blocks.
  • Documents are downloaded, uploaded to Google Drive, and their `metadata` is recorded in Google Sheets.
• Sends a completion confirmation back to the original Telegram chat after processing.

Setup (high level)

Connect a Telegram bot (API token), grant access to the target Notion page/block, and provide the Notion API credentials and relevant block ID. Then configure your Google Drive and Google Sheets targets for document storage and metadata logging.
