With this n8n workflow, your Telegram message (photo + caption) becomes a ready-to-publish social video. It analyzes the image with OpenAI, generates UGC-style prompts, renders video via KIE VEO3 using FAL NanoBanana edits, stores everything in Google Drive/Sheets, and publishes across platforms through Blotato.

What this workflow does

• Triggers on Telegram messages when a user sends a photo and caption.
• Organizes assets & metadata: downloads the Telegram image, uploads it to Google Drive, and logs the idea (image URL, caption, status) to Google Sheets.
• Generates a reference description + UGC prompt using OpenAI; the workflow saves a YAML description to Google Sheets and produces a UGC-style image prompt.
• Creates an edited image by sending the prompt and reference image to FAL NanoBanana, then waits for completion and retrieves the generated image URL.
• Renders the social video: reads video settings from Google Sheets, uses OpenAI to generate a structured video prompt, and calls KIE VEO3 to render a video from the prompt and edited image.
• Creates a short social caption with OpenAI, saves the final video URL/title/caption to Google Sheets, and sends a preview back to Telegram.
• Publishes via Blotato to any enabled platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest), then updates Google Sheets to Published and notifies Telegram.
