Turn Telegram topic messages into AI-ready social drafts—and publish with PostWire
This n8n workflow listens to your Telegram topic, generates LinkedIn, Facebook, Bluesky, and Mastodon post drafts using your brand rules in Google Docs, routes them for approval in Telegram, then publishes approved content via PostWire and logs results to Google Sheets.
What this workflow does
1) Trigger on new Telegram messages
- Starts when a new Telegram topic message arrives.
- Ignores empty messages and commands beginning with /.
2) Apply your brand rules + generate drafts
- Fetches brand rules from a Google Docs document.
- Combines those rules with the submitted Telegram topic.
- Uses an OpenAI agent to output a JSON object containing one draft per network (plus any source URLs if SerpApi Google Search is used for current facts).
3) Human approval in Telegram
- Sends the per-network drafts back to Telegram.
- Waits for an Approve or Decline response.
4) Publish via PostWire and log outcomes
- If approved, posts the per-network text to PostWire.
- Checks whether each platform publish succeeded.
- Appends a success/failure record (including links and notes) to Google Sheets.
- Replies in Telegram with published URLs or required fixes.
- If declined, confirms nothing was published.
Use cases
- Social teams: convert Telegram content requests into approved drafts across multiple networks.
- SaaS operators: keep brand voice consistent by enforcing rules from Google Docs.
- Automation engineers: create an approval-driven posting pipeline with audit logging.
