This n8n workflow listens for Telegram voice notes from real estate agents, transcribes and analyzes buyer intent with OpenAI, updates GoHighLevel with a structured CRM note, matches similar listings from Google Sheets, emails top results via Gmail, and confirms everything back in Telegram.

What this workflow does

• Telegram trigger: Starts when an agent sends a message to your Telegram bot and requests a voice note if the message isn’t audio.
• Transcription: Downloads the Telegram voice note and uses OpenAI audio transcription to convert speech to text.
• Buyer intent extraction (GPT-4o-mini): Uses OpenAI (GPT-4o-mini) to extract structured visit details—buyer contact info, preferences, budget, and interest level—then builds a CRM note and a timed follow-up plan.
• GoHighLevel update: If a phone number or email is present, upserts the buyer contact in GoHighLevel and adds the formatted site-visit note to the contact record.
• Smart listing matching: Reads available listings from Google Sheets, scores them against the buyer’s criteria, and selects the top three matches (excluding the visited property).
• Buyer email with Gmail: If an email exists and matches are found, sends the similar listings to the buyer via Gmail.
• Task creation + confirmation: Creates GoHighLevel follow-up tasks for each scheduled step and sends the agent a Telegram confirmation summarizing the CRM update, emailed matches, and task due dates.
