This n8n workflow listens for new Telegram messages (including voice notes), uses OpenAI to transcribe and extract structured tasks and Google Calendar events, then saves everything to Google Sheets and Google Calendar—and replies back in Telegram with a clear confirmation.

What this workflow does

• Telegram trigger + sender allow list: Starts when a new Telegram message arrives and blocks unknown senders by checking the sender ID against an allow list.
• Voice note transcription (OpenAI): If the message is a voice note, the workflow downloads it from Telegram and transcribes it with OpenAI. If it’s text, it uses the typed content.
• Extract tasks & events (OpenAI): Sends the transcription/text to an OpenAI chat model to produce a summary plus structured task and calendar event data, using your provided timezone.
• Normalize extracted data: Fills missing task fields and applies a default duration when an event doesn’t include an end time.
• Save tasks to Google Sheets: Appends each extracted task as a new row in the configured spreadsheet/tab.
• Create events in Google Calendar: Creates each extracted event with parsed start/end times and an optional location.
• Reply in Telegram: Sends a human-readable confirmation listing the tasks and events that were saved.
