This Tender Triage Automation workflow captures each new tender submission, uses gpt-6-luna to score the fit out of 100 and flag risks, logs the decision to Google Sheets, and emails the bid manager the verdict plus the exact requirements to check.

What this workflow does

• Receives tender submissions via an n8n webhook (“When Tender Received”): a POST endpoint on /tender-intake-0925 accepts tender payloads from a form, CRM, or script.
• Normalizes and validates input: builds a tender_id (TD- + timestamp + four-digit random suffix) and a received_at timestamp; trims key fields such as tender_title, client_name, due_date, est_value, tender_summary, source_url, and bid_manager_email, and checks that required fields are present.
• Runs GPT-6-Luna tender triage: scores fit from 0 to 100 and recommends bid, no_bid, or needs_review. It also extracts strengths, risks, key requirements, and a deadline risk.
• Logs decisions to Google Sheets in the “Tenders” tab for tracking and auditing.
• Sends an email verdict to the bid manager: includes the assessment outcome and what to check. No-bid tenders include a short explanation of why the company passed.
• Delivers a Monday digest listing tenders due within 14 days to keep the pipeline visible.
