Track Amazon MAP Violations Automatically with ScrapeHero + Google Sheets (n8n)

Run an n8n workflow to check Amazon ASINs in your Google Sheets against your defined MAP prices using ScrapeHero’s Amazon Offer Listings API, then log violations and seller-level price history back to the sheet—one up-to-date audit trail at a time.

What this workflow does

• Manual trigger: Start the workflow on demand in n8n.
• Reads inputs from Google Sheets: Pull ASINs and “MAP Price” values from a specified input tab, and load prior snapshots from an “Offer Price History” tab.
• Normalizes each row: Clean up ASIN formatting and parse the MAP price before querying Amazon offers.
• Checks current seller offers: For each ASIN, query ScrapeHero’s Amazon Offer Listings API (amazonOfferListing) to retrieve current seller offers.
• Flags MAP violations: Compare each offer price to the MAP price and mark violations where offer price < MAP.
• Calculates per-seller changes: Match offers to the latest saved history entry to compute price movement by seller.
• Writes results with upsert by ASIN: Store a per-ASIN summary (violation status, counts, lowest price, violating sellers, and JSON details) in the results tab.
• Appends audit history: Add one row per seller offer to “Offer Price History” to keep an append-only record for future change detection.
