Track Amazon price drops automatically—and alert your team in Telegram

This n8n workflow monitors Amazon product prices listed in Google Sheets, uses Apify Amazon Product Scraper to fetch the latest price, and sends a Telegram alert whenever a product drops to (or below) your target price—while keeping your sheet updated.

What this workflow does

• Runs on a schedule at the interval you set in the Schedule Trigger.
• Reads product rows from Google Sheets, including Name, URL, ASIN, Target price ($), Last seen price ($), and Last checked.
• For each product URL, executes the Apify Amazon Product Scraper Actor (Actor ID: BG3WDrGdteHgZgbPK) and retrieves the current price and ASIN.
• Detects real drop conditions by comparing the current price to both:
  • Target price ($)
  • Last seen price ($)
  A Telegram message is sent only when the drop condition matches (price is at or below the target).
• Sends a Telegram alert including the product name, new price, target price, and product link.
• Updates Google Sheets with the latest ASIN, Last seen price, and the Last checked timestamp.

Technical details

• Nodes/Integrations: Schedule Trigger, Google Sheets, Apify (via n8n Apify node), If (for drop logic), Telegram, and a Sticky Note for guidance.
• Credentials: Google Sheets OAuth2, Apify OAuth2, and a Telegram bot credential (BotFather) with the configured Chat ID.
• Data setup: Provide the Google Sheet document ID and the sheet tab name in both Google Sheets nodes.
