Stop wading through the same weekly job listings. This n8n workflow runs every Monday and appends only new Google Jobs to your Google Sheets, keeping duplicates out by remembering what it has already sent.

What this workflow does

• Schedules a weekly run every Monday morning using a scheduled trigger.
• Sets your job search queries and parameters, including location, country, language, and results per query.
• Fetches postings from Apify by running the johnvc/Google-Jobs-Scraper actor once per query.
• Normalizes each job into a single row (e.g., title, company, location, salary, links, and a readable deduplication key).
• Filters out previously seen jobs by removing postings whose key already exists from prior workflow executions.
• Appends the remaining new rows to your chosen Google Sheets spreadsheet and sheet.

Setup requirements

You’ll need an Apify account (free tier works), a Google account for Sheets, plus your search terms and location. Note: leaving country or language unset is a common reason results come back empty.
