This n8n workflow monitors LinkedIn job listings via MEKA (through Apify), then writes new, deduplicated roles into your Google Sheets—so you always see fresh opportunities without duplicates.

What this workflow does

• Runs on demand or on a schedule: Use the Manual Trigger for setup/testing, then enable the included daily Schedule Trigger.
• Validates your settings before searching: It reads and validates the search, spreadsheet, result, and budget settings prior to starting a MEKA Actor run.
• Monitors the actor run safely: Handles READY and RUNNING responses with a bounded poll loop, without retrying the billable start request.
• Reads actor output before importing: It checks the Actor OUTPUT summary, stops on failed searches, and marks enrichment failures or budget stops as partial coverage.
• Pulls one bounded dataset batch: Fetches a bounded Dataset batch, then normalizes valid public LinkedIn job records into a documented ten-column format.
• Deduplicates by job ID: Reads existing IDs from the target Google Sheet and removes jobs already present (including duplicates inside the fetched batch).
• Appends only unseen rows: Inserts new rows while preserving firstSeenAt, and reports counts for fetched, new, appended, skipped, and coverage.
