This n8n workflow connects Twilio missed roofing call handling with Retell AI, using Google Sheets and Google Calendar to verify service coverage, present real inspection availability, book appointments, and urgently escalate suspected leaks by Twilio SMS.

What this workflow does

• Receives Twilio fallback webhooks for inbound calls, logs call details to Google Sheets, and either ends the flow (when answered) or returns TwiML to forward the caller to the Retell phone number.
• Handles Retell tool webhook requests during the call and routes actions based on the requested tool name.
• Service-area coverage check: looks up the caller’s ZIP/region in the Google Sheets “ServiceAreas” tab and responds with a JSON result indicating whether the address is covered.
• Availability check: reads busy events from the Google Calendar “Inspections” calendar, then calculates the next five open one-hour slots within business hours over the next seven days and returns them to Retell.
• Booking requests: parses booking details, searches Google Sheets “Leads” for recent entries by phone number to prevent duplicates, and either returns a duplicate response or creates an inspection event in Google Calendar and appends a new lead row in Google Sheets.
• Urgent leak escalation: appends an urgent lead to Google Sheets and sends an on-call escalation Twilio SMS, then returns an “escalated” status to Retell.
