This n8n workflow sends daily Twilio SMS alerts for upcoming or overdue license and insurance renewals from a text list—then lets you tap a Done? link via an n8n webhook to roll repeating items forward or complete one-time reminders.

What this workflow does

• Runs daily at 8:00 AM (or starts when you open a Done link webhook) and loads your renewal list and reminder settings.
• Parses each list line into a tracked renewal item with a due date, optional repeat interval, and optional note, validating phone numbers, time zone, and your n8n base URL for links.
• On each run, determines which items are due based on a configured reminder offset, including items due today, overdue, and optionally repeating every N days. It can also compile a monthly look-ahead for the next set number of days.
• Builds one SMS message for the day (optionally including per-item Done? links) and skips sending if the workflow already ran for that day.
• Sends via the Twilio REST API. If Twilio accepts the SMS, the queued text is cleared; if not, it retries on the next morning for up to three days.
• When you tap a Done? link, it updates workflow static data: repeating items roll to the next due date, while one-time items are marked complete. Used/out-of-date links do nothing and return an HTML confirmation page with an Undo option.
