This n8n workflow connects Typeform to Groq, Airtable, and Gmail to capture real estate leads, validate required details, generate a personalized AI reply, save everything for your CRM, and notify your team—while logging outcomes and handling failures with smart fallback paths.

What this workflow does

• Triggers on new Typeform submissions.
• Validates required contact fields (full name + email). If anything is missing, it logs the incomplete lead to Google Sheets and alerts your team in Slack.
• Prepares the enquiry for AI by truncating the lead message to 500 characters and sanitizing details before sending them to Groq Chat Completions (Llama 3.3 70B).
• Generates a short personalized reply and verifies it doesn’t contain placeholder text. If validation fails, it adds a clear “reply manually” note.
• Upserts the lead into Airtable (matched by email) and verifies key fields were saved. If the write fails, it stores the lead in a backup Google Sheets tab and posts a Slack alert.
• Creates a Gmail draft addressed to the lead using the validated AI reply, then posts a Slack notification and appends lead + draft info to a Google Sheets backup log.
