It also runs a weekly KPI report into Google Sheets for continuous CRM visibility.

What this workflow does

• Ingests qualified deals from an upstream workflow and reads your investor registry stored in Google Sheets.
• Qualifies and values property leads using Land Registry and Zoopla data to estimate value, then enriches owner details via Land Registry and Companies House.
• Matches investors to deals based on budget, preferred strategies, yield targets, and target areas.
• Generates personalised deal alerts and sends them to matched investors via:
  • Email (SMTP) using your configured sender domain and reply-to handling
  • Telegram posting to your specified chat/channel
• Weekly KPI automation: every Monday at 08:00, it reads CRM leads from Google Sheets, calculates pipeline/financial KPIs (lead volume, stages, conversion rates, discounts, yields, equity), and appends results to a KPI_History dashboard sheet.
