This n8n workflow reads a Google Sheet of UK property details, sends the facts to OpenAI for a first-draft portal-ready listing, and writes the draft (with “claims to verify” flags) back to the same row—so nothing goes live until you review.

What this workflow does

• Runs on a schedule (runs every hour) or on demand via Execute workflow.
• Pulls only “ready” rows from a Google Sheet tab named Properties.
• Sends the row’s property facts to OpenAI with a short prompt instructing the model to use only the provided facts.
• Requests a structured response: headline, short summary, five to eight key features, and any claims that may need verifying.
• Writes results back to the same row and sets status to draft_ready to prevent the row from being processed again.
• Does not publish anything—your team remains in control.
