This n8n workflow runs every morning to pull new listings and qualifying price reductions from your Apify UK property searches (Rightmove and Zoopla), deduplicates results against a Google Sheets log, and emails you an HTML digest via Gmail—only when there’s something new to report.

What this workflow does

• Runs daily at 8:00am on a schedule.
• Executes the Apify actor conceivable_extension/uk-property-deal-alerts using your provided saved search URLs and watchlist to detect new listings and price reductions.
• Fetches Apify dataset results and triggers a Gmail error alert if the run or fetch fails.
• Deduplicates automatically by reading the PropertyAlert_Log tab in Google Sheets and removing listings whose URLs were already included in previous digests.
• Builds an HTML email digest containing:
  • new listings, and
  • price reductions of 3% or more.
• Skips sending the digest if there’s nothing new to report.
• Logs alerted listing URLs to Google Sheets after sending so future digests won’t repeat the same links.
