Wayfair Price Drop Alerts with Apify, Google Sheets & Gmail

Catch Wayfair price drops automatically—every 6 hours

This n8n workflow monitors a Wayfair product’s current price using Apify, logs every scrape to Google Sheets, and sends you a Gmail alert only when the latest price matches the lowest price recorded so far.

What this workflow does

• Runs on a schedule every 6 hours to keep price tracking up to date.
• Scrapes the configured Wayfair product URL(s) with Apify (Wayfair Scraper Actor), returning the current price plus product metadata.
• Appends a snapshot to Google Sheets as a new row, including:
  • price
  • regular_price
  • scraped_at (timestamp of the scrape)
• Reads the full price history from Google Sheets and calculates:
  • the latest price
  • the lowest historical price
  • whether the latest price is a new low
• Sends a Gmail email alert to the configured recipient when the latest price equals the lowest recorded price.

Use cases

• Monitor a single high-priority Wayfair item and get notified when it hits your best observed price.
• Track multiple products by swapping the Apify request body with additional Wayfair URLs.

Technical details

• Apify via the Wayfair Scraper Actor (Apify API token required)
