This n8n workflow receives Webflow form submissions, enriches each lead with Apollo, scores qualification evidence using OpenAI (0–100), and then creates the right records in Pipedrive. Only leads with a validated OpenAI score of exactly 100 trigger a Gmail notification.

What this workflow does

• Receives Webflow submissions via a webhook endpoint.
• Normalizes & validates input, then builds an Apollo match query and applies your configured Pipedrive settings (subdomain, ideal customer profile, and notification inbox settings).
• Enriches with Apollo by looking up the person and company, combining matched enrichment with the submitted lead details.
• Scores with OpenAI using the lead evidence to generate a 0–100 score, breakdown, summary, next step, and missing-information list—then validates the response and marks failures as UNSCORED.
• Creates Pipedrive records: a Person, a Lead entry in Pipedrive’s Leads Inbox for every submission, and a pinned note containing the original form data, enrichment, and scoring details.
• Sends Gmail alerts only for perfect matches: a notification email is sent to your configured internal inbox only when the validated score is exactly 100.
