This n8n workflow captures website contact form messages through a webhook, logs every submission to Microsoft SharePoint, generates a branded HTML email, and sends it to your configured recipient via Microsoft Outlook—with the submitter set as the Reply-To.

What this workflow does

• Receives a webhook POST when your contact form is submitted (webhook node).
• Sets workflow-level values, including the internal notification recipient email address.
• Creates a new item in a Microsoft SharePoint list using the submitted contact name as the item title.
• Builds a branded HTML email from submitted fields (name, email, phone, date/time, and message), including fallback values for any missing data.
• Sends the HTML notification via Microsoft Outlook to the configured recipient and sets Reply-To to the submitter’s email address.
