Track your Google Play keyword rankings every week—automatically into Google Sheets

This n8n workflow runs every Monday to search the Google Play Store for your keywords and appends one row per ranked result to Google Sheets—including the keyword position, app metadata, and a flag showing when your own package appears.

What this workflow does

• Schedules weekly: runs every Monday at 08:00.
• Loads your tracking configuration: keyword list, your app’s package name, and storefront settings such as country, language, and results per keyword.
• Searches Google Play per keyword: splits your keyword array and performs one Google Play search per keyword using the Apify Google Play API actor johnvc~google-play-api.
• Filters real apps: keeps only results that represent real apps.
• Writes a clean ranking table: for each ranked app, formats a single row with the week date, rank position, app and metadata (including developer, category, rating, and download band), plus a YES flag when the package matches yours.
• Appends to your sheet: adds all rows to the selected spreadsheet document and worksheet.
