This n8n workflow checks each organization’s career page weekly, uses Firecrawl to confirm or find the right URL, uses OpenAI to extract open roles, and then updates your Airtable vacancies—skipping jobs you already track.

What this workflow does

• Runs on a weekly schedule to stay current with newly posted roles.
• Loads organizations and previously stored vacancies from your Airtable base.
• Validates the saved “Career Page” URL by checking for a 200 response.
• If the career page URL is missing or broken, scrapes the organization’s website with Firecrawl to find likely career links, then writes the best match back to Airtable.
• Scrapes the career page content with Firecrawl and sends it to OpenAI to extract a structured list of open job postings.
• Compares extracted roles against known Airtable vacancies (by title and snippet) to avoid duplicates.
• Creates a new Airtable vacancy record for each remaining role, linking it to the organization and setting status, deadline, and discovery date.
