This n8n workflow runs every Monday morning, searches LinkedIn job postings via the Apify LinkedIn Jobs API (actor: johnvc/linkedin-jobs-api), filters for recent matches, and appends the results as rows in Google Sheets—so your team can track new hiring activity without manual searching.

What this workflow does

• Scheduled weekly run: triggers every Monday morning to start a fresh scan.
• Configurable watchlist: lets you define target roles, an optional company and location, plus a lookback window (lookbackDays) and a maxJobs cap.
• Role-by-role searches: splits the role list so Apify executes one LinkedIn jobs search per role using johnvc/linkedin-jobs-api.
• Result validation: filters the dataset to keep only actual job results.
• Recency filtering + formatting: drops postings outside the lookback window, calculates how many days old each job is, and formats fields for your spreadsheet columns (e.g., title, company, location, posted date, seniority, applicants, and link).
• Append to Sheets: appends the formatted job rows into your selected Google Sheets spreadsheet and tab.
