This Weekly Sales Summary n8n Workflow pulls ERP-style order data via a webhook, merges it with Airtable, calculates weekly booking totals, and then publishes reports through Discord and Gmail. It also supports manual runs for deeper regional reporting and Airtable enrichment—so you spend less time compiling numbers and more time acting on them.

What this workflow does

• Scheduled weekly run: Executes on a schedule and calls a custom ERP webhook using an HTTP header that includes your course unique ID.
• Order filtering & aggregation: Filters returned orders by a specific status and employee name. Matching orders are prepared for Airtable creation, while non-matching orders are aggregated into total count and total value.
• Discord summary: Posts the aggregated weekly booking summary to a Discord channel using a Discord webhook.
• Manual reporting path: Pulls customer/order records from Airtable, fetches additional ERP data, merges datasets, sorts by order price, and filters results to the Americas region.
• Gmail regional sales report: Converts each record into a JSON file and emails regional sales report files via Gmail, then confirms completion in Discord.
• Non-Americas handling: Loops through non-Americas records in batches, formats customer-since dates, generates group files, and posts file-creation notifications to Discord.
• Country metadata enrichment: Fetches all countries from the REST Countries API, matches country names to Airtable customer records, and upserts region and subregion into Airtable.
