What this workflow does

• Runs on schedule: A weekly schedule trigger fires every Friday at 5:00 PM.
• Pulls your task data: Fetches task records from your selected Google Sheets spreadsheet/tab (expects columns like Date, Task, Category, Hours, Status).
• Filters last week & cleans duplicates: Restricts records to last week’s date range, removes duplicate tasks (keeping the latest entry), and sorts by Category and Hours.
• Calculates weekly metrics: Computes total hours, completion rate, and a category-by-category hours breakdown from the filtered tasks.
• Generates report content with OpenAI: Sends metrics and the task list to OpenAI to receive a JSON response containing an HTML email report and a short Slack summary.
• Delivers via Gmail + Slack: Emails the HTML report using Gmail and posts the summary to a selected Slack channel.
• Creates a workload follow-up: If total logged hours are below the configured threshold (default: 50), it creates a Google Tasks “workload review” task.
