Turn inbound customer chats into real gold chain quote replies. This n8n workflow receives Twilio WhatsApp messages, checks gold chain availability and last-approved prices from Google Sheets, and automatically returns up to three in-stock matches—or escalates complex requests to the owner.

What this workflow does

• Receives WhatsApp messages via a Twilio webhook (or uses built-in demo messages when run manually).
• Loads your catalogue from the Google Sheets Stock tab. If no sheet is configured, it falls back to the workflow’s demo stock data.
• Parses customer intent to extract style, karat, length, and quantity using keyword rules, with an optional OpenAI-compatible model to refine the fields.
• Responds intelligently by:
  • Confirming opt-out requests
  • Escalating bulk orders, custom requests, complaints, or anything complex to the owner
  • Returning up to three closest in-stock matches with quantities and list prices
• Routes output by mode (preview/test/live). If sending is disabled, it can output a preview instead of sending replies.
• If the customer opts out and live writing is enabled, it updates the Google Sheets Customers tab to mark the WhatsApp number as opted out.
